There are a number of things in our lives that are complicated and that are just out of our hands. Then there a number things in our lives that are simple and we over complicate them. This week let's focus on the things in our lives that we are over complicating and see if we can find a way to simplify them. This week pay attention to your stress and then decide if there is any way to simplify that part of your life. For example, if your lunch stresses you out every day or if you don't take lunch and that causes you stress, address it and simplify it. Find what you can do to simplify it. Implementing routines the night before that include making tomorrow's lunch is a great way to simplify this issue. Find out what you are over complicating and then do the work to simplify it.
