Balance

Hello Everyone,

Finding your balance can be difficult. When we are off balance it tends to interfere with our ability to process information and find motivation. When we feel balanced we can feel energized to accomplish tasks and feel less stressed.
This week try these 3 things to get you on your way to finding balance.
1. Go outside, even if it's just to drink your morning coffee or to stand there for 5 to 10 minutes. Going outside and being in nature helps to ease anxiety and depression.
2. Find something to read. Reading helps us to grow, both through learning and by helping us to grow in creativity.  Try reading for at least 20 minutes each day.
3. Be sure that you are drinking water and eating fresh fruits and veggetables. The closer we eat fruits and vegetables in their natural state (raw) the more nutrients we gain. Our brain and body operate on nutrients. We need these for a balanced mood and for energy.

Following these three easy ideas can move us towards a more balanced life. Remeber this is just the beginning. We all have to start somewhere! Take care, and it is my hope that you find your balance!
*Please be sure to consult your doctor before making any dietary changes
