When we begin to experience stress, it is important that we become mindful of our thoughts. What we focus on drives our thoughts and can increase our stress. When we choose to focus on something else, we can change the level of stress we are experiencing in the moment. This can become a weapon against our stress to help us experience less stress in a day so that we can have a better day. Here's to better days!
