
It can be very difficult to get moving some days. Here are three things to try if you are feeling unmotivated.
1. Make yourself a glass of ice water with lemon.
2. Make a to-do list, and start with the simplest task first, it feels good to check something off of a list...It gets us motivated!
3. Clean a room in your house. Having a clean space helps us to think and it frees us to do more.
