
1. Write a list of 25 things you wish to achieve. This can be what you need to achieve, today, this month or over the next five years.
2. Next circle your top five goals that you wish to focus on first or need to achieve most. This becomes your top five list.
3. Name the list of the remaining 20 goals -My avoid at all cost list. Avoid focusing or working on these goals until you achieve your top five goals.
