
Overcoming despair is a process. Despair can be a patient enemy that will take over our lives if we are not mindful. Despair is heavy and has a tendency to push against us and cause us to slide backwards. To stand up against despair, we need to take action. We have to come to a point were we say "no more!" Taking action against despair looks differently for everyone in every situation. If you are in despair, take action, decide what that action is for you. Sometimes it's nothing more than a phone call, putting on your walking shoes or getting out of bed and taking a shower. Whatever your situation is, TAKE ACTION and reclaim your life!
