What do you believe in? What do you base your decisions off of, what drives you? If you don't know, find it. If you know what drives you and what you believe in, then how do you stay true to it? When someone challenges it or tries to give you a new belief, how do you stay true to it? How do you stay focused? What can take your focus from your beliefs? For some of us it's a relationship, for some, the need for approval, for others it's insecurities... regardless of what you believe, once you know it, you will need to stay focused. Be mindful of what takes your focus off of what you belief and find skills to set healthy boundaries so that you can stay focused.
