Modern detox method You can now detox in an outpatient setting (in the comfort of your own home)! This means that you do not have to miss work, neglect responsibilities, or be away from your loved ones by going into a hospital for an expensive stay! Clients first meet with medical and clinical staff to determine the level of need and how best to address it. A treatment plan is then formulated based on the client’s specific need. The client is then supervised by medical staff in the management of medications (Suboxone, Subutex, Buprenorphine, Vivitrol, Naloxone, etc.). A Rapid Detox is NOT used, so the client remains stable and comfortable, which dramatically increases the likelihood of success. When the client has comfortably stabilized the element of therapy, specific to the need of client, is implemented. Opiate exposure literally changes the chemical makeup of the brain, therefore the more education on what to expect, avoid, and do, the greater the chances are of success! |

Detox'ing "back in the day" In the past, a person trying to quite using opiates or alcohol would experience uncomfortable and sometimes severe symptoms of withdrawal that would discourage them from quitting. Now, due to recent medical and pharmacological advances, an opiate or alcohol addicted person can be professionally and medically helped through the process of quitting and with comparably minimal discomfort! Our experienced staff will develop a medically assisted approach, and will then guide you through the process. We will manage your medications in order to assure the highest level of comfort possible while you detox. You can successfully eliminate opiates from your body and from your life, forever. We can help you to succeed! |
