What is Anger Management?
Anger is typically expressed by a person in an effort to have their needs met. It can be startling at times to both the recipient of the behavior and to the person expressing it. This class focuses on the Limbic System, recognizing "early warning signs", and self-care, and is designed to help redirect the neural pathways of the brain in order to adjust the behavior.
