Reasons to start with Capstone now:
  • Give your attorney something to negotiate with in resolving your case by doing, in advance, what the court will eventually require of you.
  • The court will, typically, respond favorably to your efforts to actively correct the behavior that put you before that same court in the first place.
  • Save money by starting, or even completing, your treatment before you go to court. This will then put you in a position wherein you may ask the judge if the costs of your treatment may be applied toward your court fines.
  • Pick the counseling center that you would prefer to attend before you are ordered to attend a facility that you would not have otherwise chosen.
  • Complete the steps needed to get out of the court system and off probation as quickly as possible.

Capstone works with clients, courts and attorneys throughout Utah in getting our clients ready and through the criminal justice system. We have years of experience with the legal system and in helping our clients prepare for and successfully complete the requirements set forth by Utah’s court systems.

If you are in need of direction or in finding the right attorney for your circumstances please call us today, we can help.
